I bought wine online, but they sent what they had rather than what was advertised. In this case, they advertised one vintage and sent a different one, only apologising without offering a refund. Not very professional: they did not discuss a return or exchange and acknowledged that they cannot guarantee what they have available.

Hice el pedido online. Al día siguiente me llegó un correo diciéndome que el pedido estaba en camino. Vino una repartidora muy simpática y estuvimos hablando algún rato de vinos. Recomendable.
